UAE OilMin: Oil market should reach balance in Q1 2019

In an interview with Al-Arabiya television, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Oil Minister Suhail Al Mazrouei noted that he expects the oil markets to rebalance in the first quarter of this year, Reuters reports.
